Continuing the path of renewal initiated under the artistic direction of Francesco Rota, Desalto ventures into the unexplored world of upholstered furniture, shaping this new product division into a collection of great aesthetic and formal significance.
With the creation of these new pieces, Desalto commits to shaping an increasingly vibrant world of sensations defined by a distinctive style that one can instantly recognize themselves in. These furnishings are recognizable thanks to their characteristic sculptural and architectural features, their intrinsic versatility, and timelessness.
Sofas, chaise longues, and pouf, all designed by Francesco Rota, take center stage within the stand. The setup, also curated by the artistic director, plays on the contrast between the geometric and sculptural forms of the furnishings and their softness. This combination is physically translated into the use of polyurethane parallelepipeds of various sizes juxtaposed to create different environments. Alongside the new upholstered pieces, iconic pieces of the brand such as the Clay table in its various versions will be featured, bringing to life domestic and public settings.
