The Zinco bookshelf is composed of modular steel elements assembled with visible mechanical fastenings. The steel rod uprights and shelves made of bent sheet metal ensure a high load capacity. The structure is fully disassemblable.

Zinco
The Zinco bookshelf is a furnishing accessory with a strong character and refined industrial style. Made entirely of metal, it stands out for its sturdiness and essential design. The solid, geometric supporting structure holds metal sheet shelves that provide visual lightness while maintaining high resistance.

The assembly system allows for easy disassembly of the bookshelf, promoting compact transport and optimizing production processes. Its presence, rigorous and without embellishments, enhances the materiality of the metal and its constructive language.

After graduating and training in Milan, in 2006 he moved back to his region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, where, in the historic fortress-city of Palmanova he founded the “LucidiPevere” design studio together with Paolo Lucidi. Since 2021 he has also been working as a freelancer, personally following some of the most prestigious brands in the furniture industry such as Roda, Archipanels, Agape, Arflex JP, De Padova, Driade, Foscarini, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Hem, Kristalia, Ligne Roset, Living Divani, Porro, Stylex, Zanotta and many others. His origins – Friuli Venezia Giulia is a borderland and historical crossroads of cultures – made him a designer particularly open to the concept of diversity, often intended as a quest for all the possible design meeting points between form, archetype, materials, and technologies. He strongly believes in human relationships and long- lasting products, for which he is constantly looking for a “pragmatic poetics” able to balance the corporate identity with the key element of the project. Over the years he has taught and held lectures in several design faculties as well as collaborated with a lot of international companies considered benchmarks in various sectors, including furniture, lighting, bathroom, and home accessories. Some of his creations have received awards and recognitions – such as Designpreis Deutschland, Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award, Good Design and two “Golden Compass” Honorable Mentions – and are now exhibited in the most important international museums.
