Inside Messina

The Messina restaurant, founded in 2003, is the personal project of its owners, Pía Ninci, Director of Service, and Chef Mauricio Giovanini, who demonstrate daily dedication and culinary excellence alongside their team. The restaurant, awarded a Michelin Star since 2016, now features a new space located on the first floor of the establishment.

"InsIDe Messina" is an open, multifunctional space where the chef's and sommelier's offices are located, alongside the creative area and a section reserved for select clients. In this refined setting, the round Clay table stands out, serving as a central element that brings elegance and functionality to the space.

In this unique environment, all internal work takes place, allowing our clients to immerse themselves in the culinary experience, appreciate the talent and passion behind each dish, and witness the creative process that brings every bite to life.

InsIDe Messina is the name of this new Research and Development space, equipped with two tables for groups of more than 10 people and a lounge area, offering an intimate, unique, and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
